Service Description

SocialVisaCheck provides AI-powered social media screening and digital footprint analysis services. Our Service analyzes publicly available information from social media platforms to identify potential risk factors that may be flagged during visa application reviews or employment background checks.

Service Scope

• AI-powered analysis of public content for risk assessment
• Detailed screening reports with findings and recommendations
• Optional professional consultation based on plan selected

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from accessing the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
• Own or have permission to use the social media accounts you submit for screening

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Account & Payment

Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide
• Billing occurs at the time of order placement
• All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Additional taxes may apply based on your location

Subscription Plans

If you select a recurring subscription plan, your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our Service. We offer the following refund policy:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your report, we will refund 100% of the service fee within 7 days of receiving your report
• How to Request: Email [email protected] with your order ID and reason for refund
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Exclusions: Refunds are not available for reports delivered more than 7 days ago or for custom consultation services

No refunds are available for reports that have been reviewed in their entirety or for services already rendered beyond the 7-day window.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of SocialVisaCheck or our licensors.

Your Rights

• You may use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use
• You may view and download your own screening reports
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission

Your Content

You retain ownership of any personal information you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your information to provide and improve the Service.

Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you. We encourage you to review your local laws.

Disclaimer

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That all flagged content will be caught by government or employer screening
• The accuracy of all AI-generated findings
• That removing flagged content will guarantee visa approval or employment

Our screening is informational only. Visa approval or employment decisions depend on many factors beyond social media content, including government policy, individual circumstances, and other background checks.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California for resolution of any disputes. By using the Service, you irrevocably waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
